INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp white butter unsalted
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp walnuts crushed
  • 1 tbsp peppermint crushed
  • icing sugar
  • 2 to 4 tbsp cranberry sauce

PREPARATION

    In a non stick pan add fresh cream and sugar. Once sugar dissolves add unsalted white butter, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Let chocolate chips melt. Add vanilla essence cranberries, crushed walnuts, and crushed peppermint. Mix well. Fill silicon moulds with the batter. Refrigerate the batter filled moulds for 3 4 hours. Unmould the fudge. Transfer fudge from the moulds to the serving plate. Garnish with icing sugar and cranberry sauce.
