INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp white butter unsalted
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cranberries
  • 1 tbsp walnuts crushed
  • 1 tbsp peppermint crushed
  • icing sugar
  • 2 to 4 tbsp cranberry sauce

HOW TO PREPARE MARSHY FUDGE

    In a non stick pan add fresh cream and sugar.
  2. 2

    Once sugar dissolves add unsalted white butter, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  3. 3

    Let chocolate chips melt.
  4. 4

    Add vanilla essence cranberries, crushed walnuts, and crushed peppermint.
  5. 5

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Fill silicon moulds with the batter.
  7. 7

    Refrigerate the batter filled moulds for 3 4 hours.
  8. 8

    Unmould the fudge.
  9. 9

    Transfer fudge from the moulds to the serving plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish with icing sugar and cranberry sauce.
