Marshmallow Toffee Apples

You've heard of toffee and caramelized apples, now have them with marshmallows.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Onions
  • 4 to 5 Fresh Figs
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Salt to test
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard Paste
  • 1 cup Soaked Quinoa and Bread crumbs
  • Pecan nuts
  • 1 tbsp Sherry Wine Vinegar
  • 1 block cemembert Chees
  • 1 tsp Dehydrated Dill powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

HOW TO PREPARE MARSHMALLOW TOFFEE APPLES

    Heat Castor Sugar in a pan, Add hot water, Liquid Glucose and mix well.

    Add Agar Agar.

    In a bowl whisk eggs white and slowly add Agar Agar mixture.
  4. 4

    Spray olive oil on a non-stick tray.
  5. 5

    Put in the batter.
  6. 6

    Refrigerate Marshmallow for 2 hours.
  7. 7

    Cut apple into curvy dices pieces.
  8. 8

    Add Castor Sugar in another pan and caramelize it.
  9. 9

    Prick apple pieces on satay stick.
  10. 10

    coat the apple pieces with caramelize sugar and put them into ice water.
  11. 11

    take out Marshmallow and cut them square and coat with icing sugar.
  12. 12

    Prick a toffee apple over each Marshmallow piece.
  13. 13

    Sprinkle white pepper powder.
  14. 14

    Serve with fresh peppermint leaves.
