INGREDIENTS

  • For Marshmallow Parfait: 1 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 8 to 10 Marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • ½ Cup Biscuit Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 300 gms Dark Chocolate
  • Golden Kiwi

HOW TO PREPARE MARSHMALLOW PARFAIT

  1. 1

    Procedure to make Marshmallow Parfait: In a heated pan add fresh cream, marshmallow.
  2. 2

    In another heated pan add butter, honey, cocoa powder and mix it well.
  3. 3

    Add biscuit crumbs and mix it.
  4. 4

    In a tray place a sheet, add the mixture and refrigerate it for 60 minutes.
  5. 5

    In a heated pan add fresh cream, dark chocolate and let it melt.
  6. 6

    Take the biscuit out from the fridge and break them into pieces.
  7. 7

    Add the piece of biscuit in a glass, melted marshmallow, pieces of marshmallow.
  8. 8

    Add chocolate ganache in the parfait, melted marshmallow, biscuit, a piece of marshmallow, melted green marshmallow.
  9. 9

    Layer it with marshmallow, biscuit, melted marshmallow, biscuit crumbs.
  10. 10

    Garnish it with a slice of kiwi fruit and Marshmallow Parfait is ready to serve.
