  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala, A pinch of turmeric powder, Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 cups Spring onions
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Water

    In a mixing bowl, throw in all the dry ingredients and mix well.

    Add the water and mix again till a thick batter is formed.

    For deep-frying purposes, pour oil into the kadhai.
  4. 4

    Once the oil is hot, put spoonfuls of batter into the oil.
  5. 5

    Fry the pakoras till they are golden brown and crisp.

    Remove them from the pan and dab some tissue paper on them to remove excess oil.
