Marbled Eggs

The hard boiled egg is cracked and soaked in food colours to give a marble texture to eggs. A perfect snack to celebrate this Easter.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp food colour
  • 6 eggs
  • boiled
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE MARBLED EGGS

  1. 1

    Take three different food colours in separate bowls. Dilute them with water. Boil water in three separate pans. Add the colours to each pan. Tap the hard boiled eggs to make some cracks. Place these cracked eggs in the boiling water. Allow the coloured water to boil for 30 to 40 minutes. Once done, let it cool and remove the cracked egg shells to get the marbled eggs.
