INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green apple
  • 7 to 8 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry crush
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 to 3 tbsp pineapples
  • 1 tbsp Grape syrup
  • Thyme sprigs
  • 1 to 2 lemons
  • Crushed ice
  • Chilled water
  • slices Green apple
  • 1 strawberry quartered
  • Straws
  • Maple syrup
  • Strawberry syrup
  • Grape syrup
  • Crushed ice

HOW TO PREPARE MAPLE MAGENTA

  1. 1

    Using a corer deseed the green apple and slice it.
  2. 2

    Reserve some slices for garnish.
  3. 3

    Halve the remaining slices.
  4. 4

    Blend the halved apple slices with strawberries, lime juice, chopped pineapple, maple syrup, strawberry crush, and grape syrup until pulpy.
  5. 5

    In the broad rimmed serving glass, add thyme sprigs.
  6. 6

    Pour this fruity pulp until less than half.
  7. 7

    Add 3 to 4 chopped lemon wedges and crushed ice on it until the rim of the glass.
  8. 8

    Quarter a strawberry.
  9. 9

    Fit every piece in the core of the reserved apple slices.
  10. 10

    Place this slice horizontally on the rim of the glass.
  11. 11

    Place the straws (cut into lengths as required) in the glass.
  12. 12

    Add some chilled water to the glass.
  13. 13

    Garnish with some maple syrup strawberry crush, grape syrup, crushed ice and the some prepared fruity pulp.

    Serve chilled.
