In a stock pan warm2 tbsp Olive oil,1 sliced onion and sauté till light brown.
Add 200 gms lamb loin, salt, 150 gm diced potatoes, crushed black pepper, 5-6 cherry tomatoes and fry.
Add 200 ml vegetable stock and let the soup boil.
In a bowl add 1 cup pumpkin puree, salt, 1 cup refined flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp olive oil and bring the dough together to make small dumplings Place the strainer in the stock pot and poach the dumplings in the soup.
In a pan warm 2 tbsp olive oil, add dumplings, thyme and sear dumpling till they get caramelized crust.
In two serving bowl add 50 gms watercress each followed by dumplings and soup.
