- 1 cup wheat flour, half cup suji,3/4 cup sunflower oil, pinch of salt, 1 cup fresh mango pulp, 1 spoon baking powder, half spoon baking soda,, milk 1/4 cup, 3/4 cup powder sugar
- For topping fresh mango pulp half cup, 2 spoon strawberry crush
- Sieve all dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, make a no lump flowy batter, pour it in greased tin, then bake it in pre heated cooker for 35 to 40 mins ,prick with tooth pick to see whether its baked properly, then let it cool ,n top with mango pulp n strawberry crush .
