INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup of sevanya , 2cups of water, 1tsp of custard powder, 1 cup of sugar, 2 mangoes, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of chopped dry fruits

PREPARATION

    Dry roast sevanya. Boil water in a bowel n add roasted sevanya in it. Cook it for 10 min. Remove water from sevanya. Mix 1tsp of custard powder in 1/2cup of milk. Add this milk n 1/2 cup of sugar in servants n cook it till it becomes thick. Cool this n keep it in refrigerator for 15 min. Then take mangoes remove the skin n chop it. Add this in blender with 1/2 cup of milk n 4 tsp of sugar. Blend it n make mango smoothie. In other pan take sugar n 2tsp of water caramelize it. Add chopped nuts in it. Lastly take a glass add some sevanya after that add layer of caramelized nuts then add mango smoothie. Layer like this alternatively. Lastly garnish it with caramelized nuts.
