INGREDIENTS

  • 50 GM RICE(SOAKED WELL)
  • 100GM OF SUGAR OR ACCORDING TO TASTE
  • 1 L MILK
  • 2 CHOPPED MANGOES
  • 1 TBSP PASTE
  • 3-4 CARDAMOM

PREPARATION

    GRIND RICE WITH MILK TO PASTE CONSISTENCY.

    BOIL MILK IN A PAN AND STIR WELL.
  3. 3

    AFTER 2-3 BOILS ADD THE RICE PASTE.AT THIS STAGE STIR WELL IN ORDER TO AVOID LUMP FORMATION.

    BLEND THE CHOPPED MANGOES.POUR IT IN MILK.

    GIVE 2-3 BOILS TO MILK.
  6. 6

    ADD SUGAR (quantity depends on sweetness of mango).

    PUT CARDAMOM(ELAICHPOWDER AND (KAJU)CASHEWS PASTE.

    BOIL TILL 1-2 BOIL.
  9. 9

    LET IT COOL.
  10. 10

    REFRIGERATE IT.
