INGREDIENTS

  • Mango pulp 2 kg
  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Sugar ~ 2 pav
  • Cardamom pwd 1 tsp
  • Ghee 200gms

PREPARATION

    Cook milk and mango pulp in a pan and allow it to thicken.
  2. 2

    Now add sugar cardamom powder and cook again it thickens.
  3. 3

    Add ghee and cook halwa till leaves the side.
  4. 4

    It's ready to serve .
  5. 5

    Note sugar may vary as per mangoes sweetness.
