- Mango pulp 2 kg
- Milk 1 ltr
- Sugar ~ 2 pav
- Cardamom pwd 1 tsp
- Ghee 200gms
- Cook milk and mango pulp in a pan and allow it to thicken.
- Now add sugar cardamom powder and cook again it thickens.
- Add ghee and cook halwa till leaves the side.
- It's ready to serve .
- Note sugar may vary as per mangoes sweetness.
