Taco is a traditional Mexican dish made using corn or wheat tortilla loaded with a delicious filling. Chef Gautam Mehrishi uses the summer fruit, mango, to make some yummy Mango Fish Taco. He serves it with chopped lettuce and cabbage.
Cut the fish fillet into pieces. Add salt, ginger - garlic powder, black pepper powder. Beat the fish pieces and layer it with slices of mango and roll it.
In a bowl add refined flour, black pepper powder, sugar and mix it. Add tequila, lemon juice, fruit beer and mix it.
In a heated pan, add olive oil. Coat the fish in the batter and fry it. In a bowl, add green bell pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, chopped onion, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt and chopped mango.
Add cream cheese and mix it. Spread the cream mixture on the buckwheat tacos. Add chopped lettuce, cabbage, fried fish and Mango Fish Tacos are ready to serve.
