- 1.7 cups of milk
- 2.100gm roasted vermicelli
- 3.few strands saffron
- 4.2tbsp Ghee
- 5.1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- 6.1 cup ripped mango pulp
- 7.1/2 cup sugar
- 8.1tbsp blached mix nuts finely chopped
- 9.5-6 pcs of boiled dates
- 10.A pinch of nutmeg
- 1.Boil milk untill it reduces to three-fourth of its volume.
- 2.Take a pan and pour some ghee add vermicelli and stir gently.
- 3.Add reduced milk,mango pulp and stir it well.
- 4.At the last mix all the remaining ingredients in it and mix it. Garnish the dish with caramelized golden sugar.
- For better taste serve it chilled.
