INGREDIENTS

  • 6 egg whites
  • 375 grams caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

HOW TO PREPARE MANGO CUSTARD PAVLOVA

    In a bowl, add egg whites and beat it Add the caster sugar and mix it Add lemon juice and mix it again Add cornstarch and mix.

    On a baking tray, add baking paper Add the mixture and spread it in a circular pattern Bake it in the preheated oven at 150'C for 60 minutes.

    In a blender jar, add mango puree, egg yolks, cornstarch, lemon juice, sugar and prepare a smooth paste Cook the custard in a pan until it turns thick.

    Once cooked, add butter and mix it Layer the pavlova with mango mixture, whipped cream Drizzle mango curd Add almonds, pistachios and serve.
