  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 4 to 5 tbsp condensed milk
  • For Garnish: Chocolate syrup as required
  • Mango pulp as required
  • Silver balls
  • Mango slices

    For the cupcake batter mix semolina and baking powder in a bowl.

    Add mango pulp and condensed milk to prepare a thick batter.
  3. 3

    Pour this batter to the cupcake moulds (silicone moulds).

    Bake the mango cupcakes in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes at 180'C.

    Once baked let the cupcakes cool.
  6. 6

    Decorate a plate by making a zigzag pattern with chocolate syrup and mango pulp.

    Add some silver balls.
  8. 8

    Arrange the cupcakes on the decorated plate.
  9. 9

    Top the cupcakes with mango pulp, mango slices, and silver balls.
