INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 4 to 5 tbsp condensed milk
  • For Garnish Chocolate syrup as required
  • Mango pulp as required
  • Silver balls
  • Mango slices

PREPARATION

    For the cupcake batter mix semolina and baking powder in a bowl. Add mango pulp and condensed milk to prepare a thick batter. Pour this batter to the cupcake moulds (silicone moulds). Bake the mango cupcakes in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes at 180'C. Once baked let the cupcakes cool. Decorate a plate by making a zigzag pattern with chocolate syrup and mango pulp. Add some silver balls. Arrange the cupcakes on the decorated plate. Top the cupcakes with mango pulp, mango slices, and silver balls. Serve.
