- 1 cup mangoes
- 1 tsp raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- Heat a saucepan, add chopped raw mangoes, raisins, sugar, vinegar, chopped ginger, chopped garlic cloves and salt.
- Cover and cook it for 40-45 minutes.
- Mango chutney is ready to be served.
