INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mangoes
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • salt

PREPARATION

    Heat a saucepan, add chopped raw mangoes, raisins, sugar, vinegar, chopped ginger, chopped garlic cloves and salt.

    Cover and cook it for 40-45 minutes.

    Mango chutney is ready to be served.
