  • Ice as required
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Dry ginger powder
  • mango pulp
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE MANGO CHOCOLATE PARFAIT

    Crush ice in a ice crusher.

    Take some crushed ice in a bowl.
  3. 3

    Add mango pulp and mix well with the crushed ice.
  4. 4

    Add chocolate syrup and mix again.
  5. 5

    Add a pinch of dry ginger powder.
  6. 6

    Decorate shot glasses with chocolate syrup.
  7. 7

    Pour the parfait.
  8. 8

    Top the mango chocolate parfait with some more mango pulp.
  9. 9

    Garnish with mint leaves.
