  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 cup bread croutons
  • 4 to 5 lettuce leaves
  • 4 to 5 rocket leaves
  • 8 to 10 slices mango
  • 7 to 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 to 6 black and green olives
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • For Dressing:2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp cream
  • 3 to 4 tbsp mango pulp
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: grated parmesan cheese

HOW TO PREPARE MANGO CAESAR SALAD

    Melt butter in a heated pan.

    Add red chilli flakes and bread croutons.
  3. 3

    Mix well.

    In a bowl, combine lemon juice, cream, mango pulp, red chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper powder and mix well.

    In the serving plate, arrange lettuce and rocket leaves.

    Place some mango slices on the leaves.

    Add cherry tomatoes, black and green olives, and pine nuts.

    Pour the dressing.

    Add the crispy bread croutons on top.

    Top the salad with grated parmesan cheese.
