INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • red grapes
  • passion fruit
  • 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds

PREPARATION

    In a jar, add sliced mangoes, soy milk and blend it.

    Add chia seeds, soy milk and blend it again.

    Pour the smoothie in a glass.

    In the jar, add parsley leaves, soy milk and blend it finely.
