INGREDIENTS

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Red grapes
  • Passion fruit
  • 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds

HOW TO PREPARE MANGO AND CHIA SEEDS SMOOTHIE

    In a jar, add sliced mangoes, soy milk and blend it Add chia seeds, soy milk and blend it again.

    Pour the smoothie in a glass In the jar, add parsley leaves, soy milk and blend it finely Pour the mixture in the glass.

    Garnish with slices of red grapes, passion fruit, chia seeds and serve.
