- 2 mangoes
- 1 1/2 cup of soy milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- red grapes
- passion fruit
- 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- In a jar, add sliced mangoes, soy milk and blend it.
- Add chia seeds, soy milk and blend it again.
- Pour the smoothie in a glass.
- In the jar, add parsley leaves, soy milk and blend it finely.
- Pour the mixture in the glass.
- Garnish with slices of red grapes, passion fruit, chia seeds and serve.
