  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • red grapes
  • passion fruit
  • 2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
  • parsley leaves

PREPARATION

    In a jar, add sliced mangoes, soy milk and blend it.
