INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup curd
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 8 tsp sugar
  • 400 gm all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • oil as required

PREPARATION

    Mash the bananas with curd and add salt, cumin seeds, sugar, baking soda, all-purpose flour and clarified butter to it.

    Mix well and leave it for 6-7 hours.

    Roll it like a puri (round shape) and deep fry till golden brown.
