INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup carrots
  • ¼ cup onions
  • ¼ cup French beans
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves
  • ½ cup red bell peppers
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • White pepper powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • water
  • spring onion greens
  • noodles fried
  • carrots

HOW TO PREPARE MANCHOW SOUP

    Heat a pan then add oil, chopped carrots, onions, French beans, cabbage, garlic cloves, and red bell pepper, vegetable stock, soy sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, white pepper powder, and salt.

    Mix it well In another bowl, mix corn starch and water, while avoiding the formation of lumps.

    Add the corn starch slurry to the soup.

    Give a stir.

    Serve the soup and garnish with chopped spring onion greens, fried noodles, and chopped carrots.
