INGREDIENTS

  • 15 prawns clean
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 tsp Malvani masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 big onion sliced
  • 1 katori fresh scrept coconut
  • 1 beyleaf
  • 5 clives
  • 5 black papercorns
  • 1 cinaman stick
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1 cup

PREPARATION

    Marinate prawns with salt and turmeric .

    Roast slicsed onin add scraped coconut saute until in turns brown colour add all garam masala.

    Grind the onion and coconut mixture to find paste.

    Heat kadai add oil add chopped onion saute till onion are translusant are marinated prawns .

    Add front paste aside it add malvani masala mix it properly add salt to taste and waterbring this to boil.

    Cook for 10 to 15 min .

    Serve hot with chapati and rice .
