Boil milk and add vinegar to curdle the milk. Strain the cottage cheese and allow it to cool. Heat ghee in a pan and add cottage cheese, sugar syrup as required, almond powder, and crushed almonds. Cook the mixture till it thickens. Remove the mixture in a plate and shape it to a slab. Garnish the barfi with almond flakes. Refrigerate and cut into triangles. Pierce the toothpick through a soaked almond and dip the almond in caramelised sugar. Prepare some more sticks. Your almond caramelised sticks are ready. Garnish the barfi with the almond caramelised sticks and serve chilled with rabdi.
