  • 500 ml Milk
  • 200 grms icing sugar
  • 4 tsp custard
  • 2 tsp vannila essence
  • 1 cup Cream ( Optional )

    First we'll take a saucepan and add milk and boil for 7 to 10 minutes.

    Then dissolve the custard in half a glass of lukewarm milk in a glass.

    Then put that custard in hot milk and mix it well.

    ( Optional ) : If you want to use cream, then add cream instead of milk.

    Then put it in sugar little by little and keep mixing for 4 to 5 minutes in a low flame .

    Then add vanilla essence and after it is slightly thick, take it out of the pan and cool it in a plastic bowl.

    Then keep it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.

    After that, all of you will know what to do. I mean take the ice cream out of the fridge and eat .
