- 500 ml Milk
- 200 grms icing sugar
- 4 tsp custard
- 2 tsp vannila essence
- 1 cup Cream ( Optional )
- First we'll take a saucepan and add milk and boil for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Then dissolve the custard in half a glass of lukewarm milk in a glass.
- Then put that custard in hot milk and mix it well.
- ( Optional ) : If you want to use cream, then add cream instead of milk.
- Then put it in sugar little by little and keep mixing for 4 to 5 minutes in a low flame .
- Then add vanilla essence and after it is slightly thick, take it out of the pan and cool it in a plastic bowl.
- Then keep it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
- After that, all of you will know what to do. I mean take the ice cream out of the fridge and eat .
