- 5 - 7 tbsp ghee
- 2 1/2 cup makhanas
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- fried makhanas
- Heat ghee in a pan, fry the makhanas and keep aside. Fry the grated coconut and keep aside.
- Grind the fried makhanas and coconut into fine powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast the almond flour. Now add the ground mixture, water, sugar and mix well.
- Makhane Ka Halwa is ready to serve. Garnish it with almonds, pistachios and fried makhanas.
