INGREDIENTS

  • 5 - 7 tbsp ghee
  • 2 1/2 cup makhanas
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • pistachios
  • almonds
  • fried makhanas

PREPARATION

    Heat ghee in a pan, fry the makhanas and keep aside. Fry the grated coconut and keep aside.

    Grind the fried makhanas and coconut into fine powder.

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast the almond flour. Now add the ground mixture, water, sugar and mix well.

    Makhane Ka Halwa is ready to serve. Garnish it with almonds, pistachios and fried makhanas.
