  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 big pieces of chicken
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chironji
  • 1 tbsp black raisins
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • oil as required
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • coriander leaves as required
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 8-10 boiled eggs
  • fried onions as required
  • water as required
  • coriander leaves for garnish

    Heat butter in a pan, add chicken pieces and saute.

    Cook on a slow flame.

    Finely chop some almonds.
  4. 4

    Heat butter in another pan and fry the chironji, almonds, black raisins and raisins.

    Heat oil in another pan and fry the potato pieces.
  6. 6

    Cut chicken into small pieces and add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to it.

    In a bowl, combine egg, fresh cream, salt and black pepper and make a sauce.

    In a baking dish, place the chicken, boiled eggs (cut into pieces), fried potatoes, fried onions, and dry fruits and then spread the sauce over it.

    Pour water in the tray and bake Mahiwala in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 165°C-170°C.
