  • 1 cup horse gram flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pink salt as per taste
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli paste

    In a bowl, add horse gram flour, chopped green chilli, garlic, olive oil, pink salt as per taste, warm water and prepare a dough.

    Sprinkle olive oil over the dough and roll it out in shape of cylinders. In a heated pan, add olive oil, mustard seeds and let it splutter.

    Add cumin seeds and saute. Add chopped garlic, green chilli and saute. Add shingole, water as required, pink salt as per taste and let it cook for 10 - 12 minutes.

    Add Kashmiri red chilli paste, stir it and let it cook for 7 - 8 minutes. Serve it with Bhakri and pickle.
