INGREDIENTS

  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 5 wild mushrooms
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 snow peas
  • 3 spring onions
  • salt
  • ½ tsp black papper powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • fresh thyme spring
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • salt
  • ¼ tsp pappercorns
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 3 tbsp synthetic vinegar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 inch sliced ginger
  • 1 broccoili stalk
  • 1½ cup vegetable stock
  • lemon grass
  • water
  • few celery leaves
  • few bean sprouts
  • few alfalfa sprouts

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan add olive oil, chopped onions, garlic cloves, chopped wild mushrooms and let it cook.

    Add chopped celery stalks and stir it.
  3. 3

    Chop carrots, snow peas.
  4. 4

    To the mushrooms add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and mix it.
  5. 5

    In a bowl add chopped spring onions, carrots, snow peas.

    Add chopped garlic, thyme sprigs, chopped ginger, salt, peppercorns, olive oil and mix it.

    In a baking tray add the vegetables and bake it in the oven at 150' C - 160' C for 3 - 4 minutes.

    To the pan add dark soy sauce, miso paste, synthetic vinegar, lemon slices, chopped ginger and mix it.

    Add sliced ginger, chopped broccoli stalk, vegetable stock and mix it well and also add fresh lemon grass to it.

    Add the roasted vegetables, water and celery leaves to the pan and let it boil.

    To garnish add bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, lemongrass and Magic healing soup is ready to serve.
