INGREDIENTS

  • For machhwagan korma
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 20 kashmiri red chillies
  • water
  • 1/3 cup curd
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp fennel powder
  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 4 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly paste
  • salt
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 3 to 4 red chillies
  • For dun chutney
  • 50 gm walnut 1/2 curd
  • 10 ml water
  • 2 to 3 chillies
  • salt

PREPARATION

    To Make Machhwangan Korma, fry the mutton in ghee till golden brown, add water and curd stir mutton, add cinnamon fennel and ginger powder, add kashmiri red chillies paste and salt.

    Fry kashmiri red chillies and add them to the kofta.
  3. 3

    Soak walnut in curd, water salt and green chillies.
  4. 4

    Make a paste of all the ingredients on silbatta.
