INGREDIENTS

  • For Machhwagan Korma :{3 tbsp ghee
  • 20 Kashmiri red chillies
  • water as need
  • 1/3 cup curd
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp fennel powder
  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 4 tbsp Kashmiri red chilly paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 3 to 4 red chillies}
  • For Dun Chutney:{ 50 gms walnut 1/2 curd
  • 10 ml water
  • 2 to 3 chillies
  • salt to taste}

HOW TO PREPARE MACHHWAGAN KORMA

  1. 1

    To Make Machhwangan Korma, Fry the mutton in ghee till golden brown, add water and curd stir mutton, add cinnamon fennel and ginger powder, add Kashmiri red chillies paste and salt.

    Fry Kashmiri red chillies and add them to the kofta.
  3. 3

    Soak walnut in curd,water salt and green chillies.
  4. 4

    Make a paste of all the ingredients on silbatta.
