INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm fish
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 200 ml mustard oil
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tsp nigella seeds
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • water as required
  • salt to taste

PREPARATION

    To make Macher Jhol/Fish Curry, take fish pieces and mix with salt and turmeric.

    Add mustard oil in a pan and fry the fish and potatoes in it.
  3. 3

    Now add black seed, green chillies, onions, onion paste, turmeric, water, salt and fried potatoes and fish in the pan.

    Pour the fish curry in a plate and serve immediately.
