Lychee Toffee

  • FOR the toffee
  • 6lychees
  • Chocolate as requiredmelted
  • FOR the filling
  • 1 tbsp gulkand
  • 2 tsp tutti fruiti
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • FOR garnish
  • rose petals

    Add gulkand to a bowl along with tutty fruity, lemon zest, and sesame seeds.

    Mix well.
  3. 3

    Stuff the lychees with the prepared filling.
  4. 4

    Dry the lychees on a paper towel.
  5. 5

    Dip them in a bowl of melted chocolate and coat well.
  6. 6

    Freeze the lychees for 10 ? 15 minutes.
  7. 7

    Then, arrange the chocolate-coated lychees on the skewers and place in a plate.
  8. 8

    Garnish the toffees with rose petals.
