INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm chicken
  • salt
  • 3 - 4 tbsp ghee
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 - 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 3 tsp cashew nut paste
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 - 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Marinate the chicken with salt.

    Heat ghee in a pan and fry the chicken. Add milk, black pepper powder, ginger paste, black cardamom, salt, cashew paste, green chillies, fresh cream, kasuri methi and mix well.

    Cook unil the chicken is cooked. Heat oil in a pan and add red chili powder, kasuri methi and mix.

    Pour the tempering on the chicken. Garnish with coriander leaves. Ludhiana Cream Chicken is ready.
