INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 to 2 bay leaf
  • 2 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 onions
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp degi mirch powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 2 potatoes and carrots
  • ¼ cup green peas
  • Water
  • 1½ cup boiled wheat
  • ½ cup paneer
  • 1½ tsp butter
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp pickle

HOW TO PREPARE LUCKNOW KACHORI MUTTER

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, butter, oil, aniseed powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder, soaked black gram paste and salt.

    Mix it well until it forms a dough.
  3. 3

    Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4

    Once the dough is set, make small dough balls from the dough.
  5. 5

    Roll the small dough balls into a disc shape and deep fry them in oil.
  6. 6

    For the mutter: Melt butter in a Kadai.
  7. 7

    Add ginger garlic paste chopped ginger, boiled white chickpeas, degi mirch powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped green chillies, tamarind chutney, green chutney and water.

    Mix them well Then, add chopped coriander leaves and curd.
  9. 9

    Mix well and transfer it into a mug.
  10. 10

    Serve the prepared mutter with kachori and sliced cucumber.
