  • 2 tbsp oil; 1 tsp cumin powder; 1 to 2 bay leaf; 2 cinnamon stick; 2 cloves; 2 onions; Salt; 1 tsp turmeric powder; ½ tsp coriander powder; ½ tsp degi mirch powder; ½ tsp cumin powder; 2 potatoes and carrots; ¼ cup green peas; Water; 1½ cup boiled wheat; ½ cup paneer; 1½ tsp butter; 2 tbsp coriander leaves; 1 tomato; 2 tbsp pickle;

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, butter, oil, aniseed powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder, soaked black gram paste and salt.

    ; Mix it well until it forms a dough.

    ; Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

    ; Once the dough is set, make small dough balls from the dough.
  5. 5

    ; Roll the small dough balls into a disc shape and deep fry them in oil.

    ; For the mutter: Melt butter in a Kadai.

    ; Add ginger garlic paste chopped ginger, boiled white chickpeas, degi mirch powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped green chillies, tamarind chutney, green chutney and water.

    ; Mix them well Then, add chopped coriander leaves and curd.

    ; Mix well and transfer it into a mug.

    ; Serve the prepared mutter with kachori and sliced cucumber.
