  • 3 - 4 tbsp fresh cream
  • 3 - 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 - 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 10 - 15 shrimps
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 - 7 walnuts
  • 2 celery hearts
  • 1 avocado

    In a bowl mix fresh cream, mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and keep the sauce aside.

    In a saucepan, heat some water and boil the shrimps.

    Scoop out an avocado and chop it. Transfer the avocado to a bowl and add the lemon juice, walnuts, celery hearts and boiled prawns.

    Add the sauce and mix the salad gently. Serve the salad in the empty avacado shells.
