INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cup peeled and grated bottle gourd
  • 4 to 5 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp mixed dry fruits crushed
  • 2 ice cream cones
  • Colourful chocolates

HOW TO PREPARE LOVELY DI LAUKI

    Soak grated bottle gourd in water for some time.
  2. 2

    Heat a pan and add the grated bottle gourd by discarding water.
  3. 3

    Add sugar syrup and cream.
  4. 4

    Mix and cook till the water dries.
  5. 5

    Crush some mixed dry fruits and add to the bottle gourd in the pan and mix again.
  6. 6

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  7. 7

    Refrigerate for some time.
  8. 8

    When refrigerated, scoop out the mixture and fill in the ice cream cones.
  9. 9

    Place the cones on the colourful chocolates and serve to your kids.
