  • 5 lotus stem sliced; 1½ cups Soya chunks soaked; 1 tsp coriander powder; ½ tsp red chilli powder salt; 1½ tsp honey; 1 tbsp mustard paste; 2 to 3 tbsp breadcrumbs; 1 tbsp oil; 3 to 4 spring chopped onions; salt; 1 tbsp oil; 1 tbsp honey; 1 tsp lemon juice; 1 red cabbage juliennes; 1 cup rice noodles; 1 tbsp oil; 1 tsp lemon juice; 1 spring onion whites chopped; 3 wonton cups; Honey and mustard mixture

    Chop lotus stems and steam them.

    ; In a mixer, grind soaked soya chunks, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, honey, and mustard paste.

    ; For the soyo and lotus stem mixture, transfer the ground soy mixture to a bowl and add steamed lotus stems, chopped spring onions, salt, honey, and lemon juice.

    ; Mix well.

    ; For soya cake, makes small patties from the lotus stem and soya mixture.

    ; In a pan, heat oil.

    ; Shallow fry patties from both sides.

    ; In a steamer, steam together rice noodles, chopped red cabbage and oil.

    ; For salad, combine rice noodles and red cabbage lettuce with the soya and lotus stem mixture, and chopped spring onions.

    ; Mix well.

    ; Fill the salad in wonton cups.

    ; On the soya cakes, arrange the wonton cups on it and drizzle the honey and mustard mixture.
