INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml condensed milk
  • 250 gm cocoa powder
  • 250 gm butter
  • 250 gm walnuts
  • roasted walnuts
  • hot water as required

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and mix well. Add chopped walnuts and mix again.

    Transfer the fudge mixture into a tray and sprinkle some roasted walnuts on to. Chill the fudge tray in refrigerator.

    Remove the frozen fudge from the tray. Dip the knife in hot water and cut the fudge into pieces and serve.
