INGREDIENTS

  • 2 inch Fresh Ginger, 2 tsp Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Aji Amarillo Chilli Paste, 1 Onion, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1 Tomato, 10 to 12 Mushrooms, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp Vinegar, 1 Spring Onion, 2 tbsp Olive Oil.

HOW TO PREPARE LOMO SALTADO

    Heat oil in a pan, sauté mushrooms till it caramelize and remove it in a bowl.
  2. 2

    ; Sauté chopped ginger, sliced onion, bell pepper and tomato in the same pan then add soy sauce, ajiamarillo paste, cumin powder and fry.
  3. 3

    ; Add mushrooms once the heat is turned off.
  4. 4

    ; Add Vinegar and shredded spring onion.
  5. 5

    ; Serve LomoSaltado with pickled cucumber, French fries and sliced onion.
