INGREDIENTS

  • 2 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Aji Amarillo Chilli Paste
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 10 to 12 Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil.

HOW TO PREPARE LOMO SALTADO

    Heat oil in a pan, sauté mushrooms till it caramelize and remove it in a bowl.

    Sauté chopped ginger, sliced onion, bell pepper and tomato in the same pan then add soy sauce, ajiamarillo paste, cumin powder and fry.
  3. 3

    Add mushrooms once the heat is turned off.
  4. 4

    Add Vinegar and shredded spring onion.
  5. 5

    Serve LomoSaltado with pickled cucumber, French fries and sliced onion.
