  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp lemon soaked ginger
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp crushed white pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 block of yam
  • 1 orange
  • 1 avocado
  • rosemary leaves

    Seal sweet potatoes in an aluminium foil, put them in coal pit.

    In a bowl add chopped onions, lemon soaked ginger, vinegar, salt, crushed white pepper, olive oil, cumin powder, turmeric powder, paprika powder and mix well, cut fine slices of Yam, leave inside coal pit to make chips, cut orange slices of peeled orange, scoop out of half an avocado, cut them long slices.

    Add salt and mix well, remove sweet potatoes from pit, scoop out centre of sweet potatoes and chopped them, mix with onion mixture, stuff the mixture in cavity, place slices of orange and avocado.

    Serve with rosemary leaves, micro greens, zucchini powder and Yam chips.
