  • For Lime & Rhubarb Panna Cotta: 1 cup double cream
  • 6 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 2 rhubarb stem
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp agar agar
  • strawberries
  • black pepper powder

    Procedure to make Lime & Rhubarb Pannacotta: In a heated pan add fresh cream and let it boil.

    Add caster sugar and mix it well.
  3. 3

    Add lemon zest and let it boil.
  4. 4

    In another pan grape juice, finely chopped rhubarb stem and let it boil.
  5. 5

    To the fresh cream add salt and mix it.
  6. 6

    Let the cream cool down add agar agar and mix it well.
  7. 7

    Add cream mixture in the cups.
  8. 8

    To the grape juice add caster sugar and mix it.
  9. 9

    Refrigerate the cups in the fridge.
  10. 10

    Add the rhubarb juice into the cups.
  11. 11

    To garnish, add chopped strawberries, rhubarb stem, black pepper powder and Lime & Rhubarb Pannacotta is ready to serve.
