INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chickpeas, boiled
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 cup milk, boiled
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar, almonds, chopped, Pistachios, chopped

HOW TO PREPARE LILA CHANNA NO SHEERO

    Boil the chickpeas and mash them using a mortar and pestle.
  2. 2

    In a wok, add the ghee and the boiled, mashed chickpeas.
  3. 3

    Add the boiled milk and mix well.
  4. 4

    Add the sugar, almonds, and pistachios.
  5. 5

    Serve hot or cold.
