To make the patty for the burger heat a little oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, chopped celery, salt, chopped carrots and French beans. Transfer these vegetables to a bowl and mix them with boiled and grated potato, boiled mixed lentils, breadcrumbs and chopped coriander. For the pancake batter, take refined flour in a bowl. Mix it with gram flour a pinch of turmeric powder, crushed black pepper and salt. Make it into a batter form using milk. Mix well. Pour a little oil in a hot pan. Make patties out of the mixed vegetables in the bowl and fry on both sides. Separately, in another pan, pour the batter to make the pancake. Ensure both sides are cooked. Once cooked shape the pancake using a round cutter into equal sizes. Place one pancake as a base. Add sliced onion sliced tomatoes, freshly prepared patty sliced cucumber and gherkins, one on top of the other. Cover it with the other pancake to make the burger. Transfer this to a serving dish and have it with tomato ketchup.
