INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups refined flour; 3 tsp lemon juice; 1 tsp lemon zest; salt; 2 tbsp icing sugar; tsp Vanilla syrup; 1 tsp butter; 200 ml condensed milk; 2 tsp warm water; lemon zest; icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE LEMON SOUFFLé PUDDING

    Prepare a batter with refined flour lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, icing sugar, vanilla syrup, butter, condensed milk and warm water, in a bowl.

    ; Pour the batter into the moulds and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. 3

    ; Slice the prepared pudding from one end.
  4. 4

    ; Use lemon zest, icing sugar and condensed milk for garnish.
