INGREDIENTS

  • For Lemon Posset 300 ml fresh cream
  • 75 gms caster sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • 3 crushed oatmeal cookies

HOW TO PREPARE LEMON POSSET

  1. 1

    Warm a saucepan and add 300 ml fresh cream and 75 gms caster sugar. Boil it for 3 minutes and add 1 tsp lemon zest. Add 1 lemon's juice and mix well. Pour the mixture is serving glasses and refrigerate them for a hour. Garnish them with with crushed oatmeal cookies. Lemon Posset is ready.
