Lemon Posset

  • For Lemon Posset: {300 ml fresh cream
  • 75 gms caster sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • 3 crushed oatmeal cookies}


  1. 1

    Warm a saucepan and add 300 ml fresh cream and 75 gms caster sugar.
  2. 2

    Boil it for 3 minutes and add 1 tsp lemon zest.
  3. 3

    Add 1 lemon's juice and mix well.
  4. 4

    Pour the mixture is serving glasses and refrigerate them for a hour.
  5. 5

    Garnish them with with crushed oatmeal cookies.
  6. 6

    Lemon Posset is ready.
