- For Lemon Posset 300 ml fresh cream
- 75 gms caster sugar
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 lemon's juice
- 3 crushed oatmeal cookies
- Warm a saucepan and add 300 ml fresh cream and 75 gms caster sugar. Boil it for 3 minutes and add 1 tsp lemon zest. Add 1 lemon's juice and mix well. Pour the mixture is serving glasses and refrigerate them for a hour. Garnish them with with crushed oatmeal cookies. Lemon Posset is ready.
