Lemon Curd Tart
Serve these lemon tarts, made of castor sugar, egg yolk and other ingredients at tea time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gms butter
  • Castor Sugar
  • 2 - 3 Lemon's Zest
  • 4 Egg Yolks
  • Lemon Juice

HOW TO PREPARE LEMON CURD TART

  1. 1

    In a double boiler, melt 100 gms butter and 100 gms castor sugar.
  2. 2

    Add some lemon zest, lemon juice and 2 egg yolks and mix well.
  3. 3

    Pour the mixture to another pan and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. 4

    Cool the mixture and pour the lemon curd in a piping bag.
  5. 5

    Pipe the curd on some tarts and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. 6

    Lemon Curd Tart is ready.
