  • 1 cup onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 bowl leftover potatoes
  • 2 cups chicken stock, water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, Cheddar cheese, Salt, pepper

HOW TO PREPARE LEFTOVER MASHED POTATO CHEESE SOUP

    Melt butter in a Kadai.

    Add chopped onions, minced garlic, flour, leftover mashed potatoes, chicken stock, water, milk and cream.

    Mix it well.
