INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 gms Sugar
  • 250 gms Whole Milk
  • Few Drops Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Chopped Almonds
  • 2 tsp Chopped Cashewnuts
  • 2 tsp Chopped Pistachios.

HOW TO PREPARE LECHE ASADA

    In a bowl crack eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and mix till sugar dissolves.
  2. 2

    Add chopped dried nuts and stir, pour the mixture in ramekin bowls.
  3. 3

    Pour hot water in a deep baking tray, place the bowls and bake at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. 4

    Once done garnishLeche Asada with cake croutons, nougat, poached watermelon and fresh cut fruits.
