INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small bottle gourd
  • salt to taste
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 100 gm paneer
  • 1 small cup soya keema ginger
  • water as required
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 tbsp desi ghee
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • coriander leaves as required
  • 3-4 tbsp desi ghee
  • 2-3 tbsp cashew paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp mace
  • cardamom
  • black pepper powder
  • mint
  • red chilli powder

PREPARATION

    Take the bottle gourd, peel it, make it hollow from inside and apply salt to it.

    Leave it for some time.

    Mix boiled potatoes and paneer in a bowl and soya keema and ginger water to it.

    In a pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, green chillies, finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute.

    Add the potato-paneer mixture to this, add salt and coriander leaves and cook.

    Cook the salted bottle gourd in another pan and stuff it with the mixture.

    In a bowl mix together cashew paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, onion paste, curd, salt, turmeric powder, mace, cardamom, black pepper powder.

    In another pan, put the stuffed bottle gourd and pour the cashew mixture over it, cook it for a few minutes and smoke it with coal.
