  • 2 beetroots
  • 4 to 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 to 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 drops olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 lamb chop
  • For marination
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • dill powder
  • whipped cream
  • micro greens

    Dice beetroot, in a bowl add water, diced beetroot, balsamic Vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon powder and bring to boil.

    Cut lamb chops, chop the meat portion between with ribs.
  3. 3

    In a bowl add salt, all spice powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and mix the marinating well.

    Apply marinating on the lamb chop, place the lamb chop on baking tray, arrange beetroot cubes on sides, put olive oil and beetroot glaze, temperature of lamb chop must be below 30'C.

    Bake at 200'C for 30 minutes.

    Serve with beetroot glaze, beetroot cubes, dill powder.

    Garnish with dill powder, turnip and micro greens.
