Lamb Chops With Beet Glaze
These sweet and sour lamb chops contain cinnamon powder, maple syrup and coriander powder!

  • 2 Beetroots
  • 4 to 5 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 drops Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Lamb chop
  • For Marination: 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp All Spice powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • tbsp balsamic Vinegar
  • Dill powder
  • Whipped Cream
  • Micro greens

    Dice beetroot.
  2. 2

    In a bowl add water, diced beetroot, balsamic Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Olive Oil, Cinnamon powder and bring to boil.

    Cut Lamb chops.
  4. 4

    Chop the meat portion between with ribs.
  5. 5

    In a bowl add salt, all Spice powder, coriander powder, Paprika powder, Cumin powder, Cinnamon powder, Maple Syrup, balsamic Vinegar and mix the marinating well.

    Apply marinating on the lamb chop.
  7. 7

    Place the lamb chop on baking tray.
  8. 8

    Arrange beetroot cubes on sides.
  9. 9

    Put olive oil and beetroot glaze.
  10. 10

    temperature of lamb chop must be below 30 C.

    Bake at 200 C for 30 minutes.
  12. 12

    Serve with beetroot glaze, beetroot cubes, Dill powder.

    Garnish with Dill powder, Turnip, Micro greens.
